The Equalizer doesn't work under Windows 10 Prof x64, not at all.
I can't mark the field with the options, there's no possibility to change, or start this modus.

Unter KDE 4.11.00

Works fine with Linux openSUSE Leap 42.3 & Tumbleweed.

AFAIK the Windows version uses the vlc backend by default, the equalizer needs the gstreamer backend. So no Equalizer under Windows I am afraid.

FWIW: the version you are using is now closed for bugs as it is heavily outdated.
