Can not delete files anymore.
Reinstall did not help either.

Please test a freshly created user account. Reinstalling packages does not change user configuration in /home directories.

Are you able to delete files from the F4 Konsole with 'rm filename.xxx' command?

Per private reply, this was caused by defective hardware.
