STR:
* Open KDENLIVE and insert an aac audio file
* Insret the audio file to the timeline or play it via Clip Monitor
* Navigate to somewhere in the middle of the track

What happens:
The track doesn't play the right place, instead it keeps playing from where it was before (while moving a second or two).

What should happen:
The track should be playing the place.

At the screenshot attached you can see that while I'm at the end of the file where the amplitude is zero the green bar there shows as if it's close to 0 Db.

Here are some files that I tried:
Any aac file downloaded from here: http://convert2mp3.net/en/index.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DLq2UrnDsI_s

Some play bugs in Windows are known. Try the following: press CTRL+space (start from begin) and then click with the mouse into the timeline. Is it playing now as you expecting?
