First I created a selection mask from alpha
copied only layer mask, Pasted on different document then suddenly Krita crashes with run time error 
I was able successfully recreate the problem multiple times
FYI the document was 5120*5120 res

Hi Vamshi,

Can you try to create a backtrace for us? See https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger for instructions. What is the color model and channel depth of your imagE?

Sorry Cannot create Backtrace, I followed the instructions and I cannot find "Kritacrash.log" or "Kritacrash"

hears what I know so far...
Document "A" is a ".kra" file.
Document "B" is a ".png" file.
Both documents are 5120*5120 in resolution.
Document 'A' has 8 layers.
I will Include image properties of both documents in attachments

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce this crash. Could you test with the latest release? (https://download.kde.org/stable/krita/3.3.2/) and see whether you can still reproduce the crash?
