On Gentoo system with:
gwenview-16.08.3
plasma-workspace-5.8.5

When I click in Sublime Text editor on "Preferences -> Browse Packages" I receive follwing message:
There are two actions (Cut, Delete) that want to use the same shortcut (Shift+Del). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org

Still gwenview pops up and open the folder so I can continue.

You need to update to Gwenview >= 16.12.1

I solved the issue. The cut command seems to have two shortcuts. Just open Gwenview, go to settings, then click on Configure shortcuts. The Cut command has two shorcuts i.e Ctrl+X and Shift+Del as an alternate shortcut. Just click on the alternate shorctcut, select the Custom option and click on the backspace button to select none and finally click OK
