hello sir

i am regular redhat linux home user.
i recently installed REdhat Linux 7.1
if i try to login into KDE thru any privilage ROOt or normal user
during peripheral check it goes for an halt which disables the input device 
 even ctrl+alt+del does not work  keyboard gets jammed.
i have a Logitech firstmouse+ (ps/2). i think this is what creating problem
plz advice
