Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
W: Can't drop privileges for downloading as file '/var/cache/apt/archives/partial/systemd-sysv_229-4ubuntu10_i386.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)


Expected Results:  
should not happen  ,but ?

This is my last attempt to stop you from reporting 'apt' updater related issues to the KDE bug tracker.

Please report those issues to the bug tracker of your distribution. To find out which distribution you are using, use the KInfoCenter.

If you report this bug again, I will ask system administrators to disable your bugzilla account.
