Concerning: kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade

Sorry I don't know what component this should go under.

On two separate systems using this application, upgrading 15.10 to 16.04 locked up while configuring MIME types. If there's an error message, I don't know enough to know where to look.

I realize this is a BETA upgrade -- but might affect official upgrade when released?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade

Actual Results:  
Upgrade locks up configuring MIME Types.

Expected Results:  
An upgraded system.

In order to avoid a completely borked upgrade (If someone else stumbles on this):

1.) Logout.
2.) CTRL+ALT+F1 (TTY)
3.) (Login)
4.) sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock
5.) sudo dpkg --configure -a
6.) sudo apt-get autoremove
7.) sudo apt dist-upgrade (normally nothing needs updating)
8.) sudo apt-get autoclean
9.) shutdown -r now

The (k)ubuntu-devel-release-upgrade is part of the Ubuntu. Ubuntu bugs should be filed to the Launchpad.
