After updating system (Kubuntu 15.04) from ppa,I duplicated entry point. It's root folder, home, trash and network. See screenshot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update system (15.04) from kubuntu-ppa-backports
2. Open Dolphin
3. Run in panic

I delete manually files, but continue to duplicate :'(

So , I have maybe a start of solution : 
[18:40] <rdieter> Zaister: the bookmark conflicts are fixed in the latest release of kf5-5.10 + kde-apps-15.04.1 

Try to put your file : 
$HOME/.kde/share/apps/kfileplaces/bookmarks.xml
In readonly mode for wait your update :)

This bug should be fixed with the following package versions:
* kde-baseapps >= 15.04.1
* kdelibs >= 4.14.8
* KIO >= 5.10 (if you have KF5 installed)
