OS/Compiler notes: 

I am missing a function to assign different actions to the mouse wheel depending on modifier keys. I'd like to be able to assign functions to wheel shift-wheel control-wheel and alt-wheel as well as windows-wheel. Functions that make sense are

- scrolling
- scrolling by page
- change font size
- magnify page (don't just change font size but rescale the entire page including images and all)
- walk through history

Speaking about KDE 3.1, Shift in-/decreases font sizes and Ctrl scrolls pagewise.
