The metadata license information in themes/winter/khangman_winter.svg suggests that the file is licensed under the non free license creative commons non commercial share alike which probably excludes shipping the file in distributions that adhere closely to the debian free software guidelines (namely Debian itself and Kubuntu). Relicensing or using a different graphic asset under a free license would be lovely. Reproducible: Always
