kglobalaccel hasn't changed much since the KF5 port. Also, it has never installed the following files - * /usr/bin/kglobalaccel5 * /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.kde.kglobalaccel.service * /usr/share/kservices5/kglobalaccel5.desktop I think this is a packaging issue in arch. Marking as RESOLVED DOWNSTREAM.
Not really a downstream issue, as kglobalaccel moved to kf5 from plasma-workspace. To resolve remove plasma-workspace temporary, re install kglobalaccel and then plasma-workspace or let kglobalaccel over write those files
