They don't represent the action they are supposed to represent. The repeat icon is simply a list with no visual clue to indicate repetition. The shuffle icon is much worse, it took me a couple of minutes to realize it's a black die, and it's not just the wrong choice of color. If an usability survey was conducted, I guarantee that nobody in the test group would correctly identify the meaning of these icons. In most icon sets shuffle is represented as two arrows that are crossing, and repeat is an curved arrow that points back to the top. Reproducible: Always

I know it's not that what you want, but the two icons wasn't available in oxygen. Oxygen didn't get new icons sorry.
