(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: konqueror Version: 2.1.1 (Originally submitted to the Debian BTS by David B Harris <dharris@freeshell.org> as Bug#101379) Currently when you click and hold one of the forward/back buttons Konqueror will drop down a history list. Handy. Since the right-click isn't used for those buttons(nothing happens at all) why not duplicate the functionality so that one can right-click instead of holding the button down(which introduces an irritating delay). So long as both are available and so long as the right-click action for those buttons arn't being used I don't see why it'd be a bad idea. Thanks again. -- System Information Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux david 2.4.6-pre2-xfs-a1 #4 Sun Jun 10 23:21:57 EST 2001 i686 Locale: LANG=C LC_CTYPE=C Versions of packages konqueror depends on: ii debconf 0.9.69 Debian configuration management sy ii kdebase-libs 4:2.1.1.0-10 KDE libraries amd modules for kdeb ii kdelibs3 4:2.1.2-3 KDE core libraries (runtime files) ii lesstif1 1:0.92.26-2 OSF/Motif implementation released ii libc6 2.2.3-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libjpeg62 6b-1.3 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libkonq3 4:2.1.1.0-10 Core libraries for KDE's file mana ii libpng2 1.0.11-1 PNG library - runtime ii libqt2 2:2.3.0-final-5 Qt GUI Library (runtime version). ii libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2 1:2.95.4-0.010604 The GNU stdc++ library ii xlibs 4.0.3-4 X Window System client libraries ii zlib1g 1:1.1.3-15 compression library - runtime

I guess this should be wontfix. Right-clicking forward/backward with recent KDE releases gives you the toolbar menu which almost certainly will not be changed. But a little tip: If you click and move your mouse down without waiting the history will appear immediately.
