Remove limit of 101 fields in Table Designer. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import table with more than 101 fields.
2. Alter design and save it.

Actual Results:  
Not all fields are saved.

Expected Results:  
All fields are saved.
