While running my Necessitas-wrapped QGLWidget based Qt OpenGL app (http://777-team.org/~matti/software/ToyBlocks/, has a download link for Android) on various Android devices I came across a few issues:
Does not work at all on Nexus S phone; the Necessitas logo comes up and then the screen turns black
on Galaxy Tab 10.1 the screen size is slightly off; about 20 pixels from the top are cut off.
on Galaxy Tab 10.1 the touch event lag behind; I keep getting touch events for 2-3 seconds after lifting the finger off the screen
Instead it works perfectly on at least the following devices:
Galaxy SII
HTC Desire Z
