Description maxime.haselbauer 2012-04-19 20:23:08 UTC
1. New document
2. Blan template
3. Dock "text editing">"Paragraph"
4. Open the list
5. Click the edit button at the right of a pargraph style name
6. Nothing appear

Surprinsingly it works when you do it in the character list (just above)

Reproducible: Always

This works for me. Which version are you using? 2.4.0 or 2.5.0alpha? Since it works for me, I assume that the bug is fixed and this will be out in 2.4.1. But I'm going to let the bug stay open until it's confirmed that it works for you as well.

I really really suspect you have an old beta versions. Severral of the bugs you have reported was fixed months ago.

Oh and the ones I just closed as duplicates - i have a fix for those - so they should be fixed in the upcoming 2.4.1

Closing, but feel free to continue writing comments

About version
Version : when I go in "about Calligra" it says 2.4.0 on KDE 4.8.2
I have directly installed it from the Kubuntu backports repositories

About bug
When I go to Absatz(Paragraph) at the right of the line there is a small white icon with a pencil which I supposed is intended to open the style manager ( the same icon does this when I open the list "Zeichen" or "Character")

Doing this for me does not open the style manager (Stilverwaltung)

I have noticed some other weird things:
In the style manager if I want to edit the title "Head 1"
I choose Light italic
I click apply
And it come back to Bold italic.

I will see if it reproduce even after a complete reboot of the OS (who knows maybe that help ?)

weird but try and report it to kubuntu, as both things work for me
