Text in a rotated shape is rotated twice as much as the shape. So if the shape is rotated by 45° the text is rotated by 90°

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load the attached document

Actual Results:  
The text is rotated by 90°

Expected Results:  
The text should be rotated by 45°

Don't transform the TextShape of a TOS

This fixes bug 291751 -  Text in rotated Shape is rotated twice as much as the shape
The text is rotated with it's parent so it does not need to be rotated too.
