When the screen resolution is changed before right after X starts and you have set a background image with the position of anything else- it stays tiled. 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use xrandr to change the resolution and put the command in /etc/kde4/kdm/Xsetup
2. go to system settings --->login screen ---> background. Set a background and change the position to whatever you like.
3. Restart kdm / the system

Actual Results:  
Background image will be tiled

Expected Results:  
Background image has the position I set in login screen. 

Default theme and another theme tried. Resolution is auto set to 1024x768 and we changed resolution to 1280x1024.
