When quicksand starts all opened aplications are brought up with it. They might be in a diferent space and they pop up in the state they might be in (windowed or maximized). this is rather anyoing because Quicksands interface is minimal and leave the plasma-netbook wide open for more access, however this bug blocks the plasma-netbook until the user hits the desktop icon again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* Have some aplications running in various windoing states (maximixed, resized windowed, etc)
* move to another space (example from the desktop workspace to newspaper workspace)
* start Quicksand by hitting the Alt+ F2 key binding



Actual Results:  
Notice all apps in the other space are brought up as Quicksand is displayed blocking completely the access to the netbook plasma


Expected Results:  
Only Quicksand appears and one can use it and have the plasma-netbook at easy access by not having any apps below quicksand
