This isn't the default in our packages, we don't patch that value at all. Have you edited the file by hand at all? Have you used the KDM config tool in System Settings?
No to all. Take Kubuntu 10.10, test it, watching the logs. And a "Tru" dont look nice in my log so i forward it to you. Sorry for my bad english
Is this a problem after installing Kubuntu? Or after upgrading to KDE 4.5? What version of Kubuntu do you have?
It seems to bee an problem in Kubuntu 10.10 as i wrote. I install it with the last 4.5.rc. Had several crashes, mostly with graphics and kernel problems. So i look frequently to the logs and work things out that look faulty to me. It was only the console setting, but a fault in my log.
