Version:           1.6.2 (using KDE 4.4.2) 
OS:                Linux

Suscribing to some blogspot feed like http://www.holyokehome.com/ does that it only gets 25 items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Add http://www.holyokehome.com/ as a feed

Actual Results:  
only 25 feeds are showm


show all feeds now matter the number.

Well, that's normal, the limitation comes from the feed which doesn't offer more than 25 articles.
There's nothing that can be done on the Akregator side to retrieve more entries.

I've found that it can be done if the feed URL meets this form:
http://MYBLOG.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?max-results=9999

Fine, then you can do that manually for blogspot. You have no guarantee that it works for other blogging platforms or software, nor that Google won't change this behaviour in the future.


Note that the site you mentioned uses feedburner. your suggestion wouldn't apply.

But for now it works. It would be good an option to set "Maximum number of feeds to retrieve:" and you put "250" or whatever, and then the program automatically creates the RSS url to fetch them. I know it is not standarized, but I think also Google is not planning to change this for years.
