This is a clone of http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309171

When starting the kdm configuration module via "kdesu systemsettings", downloading a new theme fails with an error message. The related stderr messages can be found at http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=235327&action=view and indicate that a DBUS session bus is required but unavailable. 

When running "su" in a console and then starting systemsettings, everything works fine. 

When running "kdesu kcmshell4 kdm", everything works fine, too...

This is fixed in kde-4.5.2.
