The expected behavior of double-clicking on a pop-up note is that the note open, at least when using the browse tool. Instead nothing happens. The only way to open the note is by right clicking on it and selecting "Open pop-up note" which is cumbersome and, worse, unexpected bevahior.

Ha.  Maybe I was too brief that time around.  That's a patch to make it so double clicking a popup shows the note.
