The standard feed list is corrupted (invalid XML). A backup was created: /home/iz/.kde/share/apps/akregator/data//feeds.opml-backup.1262567914 XML parsing error in line 1, column 1 of /home/iz/.kde/share/apps/akregator/data//feeds.opml: unexpected end of file
I couldn't let it be and I'm trying to solve my problem 1.uninstalled and purged akregator 2.removed the .kde/share/apps/akregator folder 3.fresh install let's see if this works. cheers Pete
> 2.removed the .kde/share/apps/akregator folder Then you don't have any xml file anymore (nor any feed entries).
(In reply to comment #3) > > 2.removed the .kde/share/apps/akregator folder > > Then you don't have any xml file anymore (nor any feed entries). but only then I could start adding feeds again without crashes so basically my xml file got somehow corrupted.
