Bug trying to report:
1)  KMyMoney 1.0.2 (Using KDE3.5.10 release 32 openSUSE 11.2)

Apparently does not save setting: "Start with last selected view"
 when using  MySQL database. 

2) Submit Bug Report:
   Configure Email button does not work.
     from has name used for my MySQL database not email user as headers on this message show.

Is there an Alpha or Beta KDE4 version available for testing?

Note actually running KDE4.3.3 but have necessary KDE3 rpms for KMyMoney installed. Using KDE3.5.10 release 32 openSUSE 11.2, only program using it is KMyMoney.

Neither of those things have anything to do with the database features. 
Are you sure it only happens to you when using the DB for storage?

I agree not specifically with DataBase. The original bug of ledger not showing at startup only occurs when using the mysql database. If I use the normal ledger, saved in local folder the ledger starts up every time. If I use the database it always started with the home page and then I could select the ledger. I just tried it after restoring config.inc.php in phpmyadmin. This appears to have been corrupted between 9:10AM this morning when I logged out of KMyMoney and 9:22 AM when I tried to log back in to KMyMoney. The error was to check my php. See the GET statemaent at 09:21:01 below. I only found a log entry in that time frame as follows:

The second item (Bug Report occurred yesterday when I was trying to report the first problem using the wizzard.

Is there anything I should look at when if I see this again? Not sure what the connection is between phpMyAdmin and KMyMoney? It appears the Blowfish_secret was corrupted in phpMyAdmin. I restored a backup version of the config.inc.php file and everthing not appears to be working. 

I guess I'll wait and see if it occurs again and then try the bug wizzard.

I can confirm the problem of last view not appearing with Mysql. I'll work on it.
I don't find the problem with bug reporting.

Good to hear you confirmed the start page problem. I went in again this morning and it back to starting with the Home page. As for the bug wizzard I suspect it may be any KDE application with the wizzard. I will have to wait and see when I detect a new problem. I post what I find.

Thanks for confirms this, its not a major issue just an extra step on startup.

This can be resolved. Now on version 4.7.4 on openSUSE 12.1 and KDE 4.7.4. Problem does not exist.
