Description Daniel Weigl 2009-10-29 19:35:02 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

The german translation for the "advanced"-settings of the keyboard layout states that the option "terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp" can be triggered by pressing "strg alt entf" (which means ctrl+alt+del).

See uploaded image for further informations.

Needed correction:
The String "Strg + Alt + Entf" should read "Strg + Alt + Löschen" (or "Zurück")

This translation is not provided by kde, the keyboard layout kcm uses xkb.

And there you find the wrong translation e.g. here:
http://www.translationproject.org/PO-files/de/xkeyboard-config-1.6pre1.de.po

#: ../rules/base.xml.in.h:162
msgid "Control + Alt + Backspace"
msgstr "Strg + Alt + Entf"

Mailed this to translation-team-de@lists.sourceforge.net.
