Made a directory containing to .h files decl.h and tweedle.h from kdoc tests
I then made a subdirectory called ./html

I invoked kdoc with:

kdoc -p -f check -d ./html -u file:/home/stephen/test/kdoc-exam/html \
  -n test decl.h tweedle.h

kdoc: processing decl.h
kdoc: processing tweedle.h
