Description Alan Jenkins 2009-04-27 16:23:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

To see this, press Alt+F2 and type "konqueror". This should produce more than 10 results, so you get several pages of results which you may browse through. The first 10 results are displayed as two rows of five icons. However, if you look *very* carefully at the bottom, you can see the top of a third row as well.

The biggest problem here is that you could try to click an icon in the second row and miss, but accidentally click the protruding top of an icon in the third row. This is potentially quite confusing.

this layout has been changed in 4.3

p.s. krunner has its own component in bugs.kde.org :)

Thanks for your conscientious bug-fixing!

To be pedantic, krunner is a product. AFAIK I don't have permission
to assign bugs to individual _component_s. But I will heed your words
 anyway :-).

I already have another Krunner issue on my list of things to report -
sometimes it seems to sulk and refuse to launch anything. I'm
deferring it though, in the hope of gaining some more insight into the
 problem.

try upgrading to 4.3 when it comes out; lots of krunner improvements there.
