Version:            (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

At the moment, it is possible to assign a shortcut to the system tray widget, like you can with any other widget. (You have to carefully right click on the edge of the system tray to get it's settings dialog though, even in config mode).

When this shortcut is activated, an empty popup appears above the system tray. This serves no purpose and should be removed. (Either that or whatever is planned for this popup should be implemented :-).

* handle the activate()->setFocus() ourselves
* if we have a popup that is the extender and the extender is empty, don't show anything
