Version:           4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2) (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-tuxonice-r4

I am in a textarea (such as this one), and "allow tabulations" in the context menu is unchecked.  Still, I can't use the TAB key to move the focus out of the textarea.  Checking and then unchecking that option does not help.

Thanks for the bug report. I can confirm this in 4.1.2 (Kubuntu) and trunk rev. 874911.

It permits tabs with that checkbox -checked-
