Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

kubuntu intrepid alpha1
steps:
open konqueror
-> settings
-> file management
-> file associations
-> text
-> plain
-> select Kate
-> edit...
-> try to change "kate --use %U" to "kate --use %u" and apply settings -> crash occurs
