Compiler:          gcc 4.3.0-8 
OS:                Linux

For application Icons, added with 'Add To Desktop' in launcher, right-clicking 'Align Vertically' or 'Align Horizontally' has no effect. A pre-existing icon, however',  added by creating a .desktop file in ~/Desktop, is re-positioned. Worse, the icon that is moved may be placed over the top of the new icons, but not over other plasmoids.

different icon system in 4.1 altogether.
