Version: (using KDE 4.0.0) change the icon of a folder dependent of its content.
Could you provide some examples? Anyway this should be a dolphin wish, not a konqueror one.
Example: maybe like vista does...
+1 Could be the same behavior like in Konqueror (3.5.x) when choose the view mode "folder icons reflect contents". This overlay little icons to reflect the folder content. Instead of icons could be small previews of pictures, videos, texts files, ...
The "live previews" are my favorite new feature of Vista, KDE3 at least supported a crude way of doinf it -emblem over the folder icon of its contents' file type icon. Having actual thumbnails (even if it depended on the user having entered the folder, and thus triggering the preview fuction to display thumbnails for every file) would be great.
