Description Andrey Cherepanov 2007-06-27 08:24:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.7, ALT Linux i586)
Compiler: Target: i586-alt-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.18-wks-smp-alt2

I try to work with smb:/ group and host names with cyrillic characters. This names are shown correctly in list? but if I click on element, address line displays ???? instead cyrillic characters and begins to flicker. If I manually type group or host name, list of shares opens without problem. Another annoyance is unamle to open files from host with non-latin characters.

I know, it is not standart, but sometimes Windows users share their resources with cyrillic characters in group or host name.

KDE 3 is no longer supported. Feel free to reopen this ticket if the issue is still present in the current stable version of KDE 4. Thanks for the report.
