Description Mathias Homann 2006-08-01 23:48:34 UTC
Version: 0.12.1 (using KDE 3.5.4 Level "a" , unofficial build of SUSE )
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15.11-default

I can select unicode (UTF-8) as the message encoding for a single icq contact, but not globally for the whole icq protocol, it's not in the list.
