Sometimes KNode hangs while sending message (in example due to some connection error) in such case just edited post should stay in Outbox (or Draft) until it is totally sent (that is it had been sent to NNTP server and recived confirmation).

In case of crash (I had to killall -15 knode) the message was neither in Sent or Outbox.
Irritating if long post had vanished.
