Perhaps related to the many double-open freezes reports for kpdf? No I think not. It's when switching to kghostview, not kpdf, when this happens, and it's only happening when using view->view mode. This is the output when starting from console, only the last lines konqueror: KonqMainWindow::slotPartActivated 0x85db0d0 kghostview konqueror: New current view 0x8327488 kparts: MainWindow::createGUI, part=0x85db0d0 KGVPart kparts: deactivating GUI for 0x8367060 KPDF::Part konqueror: KonqMainWindow::setLocationBarURL: url = /home/ratz/Documents/Peak oil/ASPO-Newsletter/Newsletter023.pdf kdecore (KConfigSkeleton): KConfigSkeleton::writeConfig() kdecore (KConfigSkeleton): KConfigSkeleton::readConfig() When I try a different file (no freeze), the next line is: kparts: Part::~Part 0x84fda20 I further found out that it is not switching to kghostview, but switching away from kpdf that freezes konqi. |
