Description Lee 2005-02-13 05:22:14 UTC
Version: 0.9.1 (using KDE 3.3.2, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.9v6

I love kopete but there is a simple feature which I could use.

My computer is always on and I often forget to terminate kopete overnight.

There is an "auto away" feature. I was wondering how hard an "auto disconnect"
feature would be.

(checkbox) Auto disconnect if idle for X minutes

If you feel others might like this I would love to see it included in the next
kopete version.

According to duncan this can be done with:

it could be done easily if we emit a KNotify event when idling, so you an
configure in KControl to handle the event with a command, and that command
could be a dcop message back to Kopete to dissconnect.
