Notes: From kate 2.4 it is possible to sort the open files by URL, which implies a sorting by host->path->filename. There is no visual grouping done though. I have made the document list a listview, which makes tree structures a technical option, so maybe soon we can do some grouping. How ever, all open documents being visible in the document list is a key concept. Changing the root as suggested in #57460 is not an option IMHO. And a folder structure, even a smart one skipping intermediate folders where no files are open, would take up a lot of space. It's possible that providing a different view for this would be better. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 57460 *** |
