There is currently (only) one feature I really miss in Gwenview. For me the best sorting method is by shooting date, but relevant shooting date is only included in the EXIF data of JPEG images so I really wish Gwenview had an option to use EXIF data is such a pracrical way. I used this feature a lot on Windows XP (it has it natively built in) before I started to manage my collections on Linux. I haven't yet found a Linux application taht would incorporate this functionality, although I don't think it is impossible to develop, or is it?

This has been implemented in SVN. It will be in 1.3.92.
