Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

Every time when KDE Team release new version of KDE - they release it by two steps:
1) simple make tar.bz2 file with source
2) make xdelta (binary patch) on every package

but, on packages names like 'kde-i18n-LANG' xdelta patch are missing. It avail only for 'kde-i18n' package. It is too hard to download it xdelta patch on kde-i18n on slow channel.

Wish: make xdelta patch from kde-i18n-LANG-VERSION to kde-i18n-LANG-(VERSION UP).

There's no standalone i18n tarballs anymore.
