Description Gerhard den Hollander 2005-02-01 09:18:28 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.91)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

Please allow the user to completely disable sticky keys.

Under access&regionabilty I can disable sticky keys, but as soon as I hit shift 5 times in a row (which happens a lot as I happen to be hitting the shift key while thinking) it gets turned on again.

This is annoying

Checkbox "Use gestures for activating the above features" exists. Just uncheck it.
Comment 2 Gerhard den Hollander 2005-02-01 10:10:53 UTC
Thanks for the suggestion.

However sadly this does not work (at least not in kde34b1)
I've unchecked the box.

Now if I hit shift 5 times in a row, I no longer get the dialog box, but I still have sticky keys.

I think there have been fixes then since but let's ask Gunnar.
