When I download a PDF flyer with uncommon page size from the internet and print it, I expect KGhostview to do the right thing: Scale/Center the pages to fit on the paper.

In stead, KGhostview seems to assume that the paper in the printer tray matches the page size of the PDF document. The result is that the PDF pages are printed in the upper-left corner of the paper.
