Version:           0.8.2 (using KDE 3.3.2 Level "a" , unofficial build of SUSE )
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-7.111.30-default

I'd like to be able to create a filter which
applies to all newsgroups. Today I can only
add specific newsgroups which this rule should
be used for.

Perhaps an checkmark "all" which causes the
rules-to-apply field to be grayed out?

This is already possible by adding ".*" to the group list. I agree that this should be somehow available via the UI.
