Version:           0.9.1 (using KDE 3.3.2,  (3.1))
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-6)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-raptor

Many messages from ICQ are displayed wrongly. It doesn't depend on what charset do I select in their details.

Most messages I receive are AFAIK in windows-1250 (at least jabber transport with this charset works without problems), but some are displayed as if they contained chinese and the rest is displayed as iso-8859-1.

Also contact details should be converted according to selected charset.

Sorry for duplicate, I was not able to found that :-( ... Does the bug #88033 resolve also contact details (User info) or should I file separate bug for that (I can't see any mention about this there)?

There's another bug about contact details. It is bug 79574. You should 
consider voting for it or adding yourself to the CC list for it.
