Version:           1.7 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
OS:                Linux

In this version of KMail (1.7), the headers

From: "Lívio Cipriano"
To: "'Luis Mauricio'"

of the appended message (and many others) aren't displayed when it is open,
but are displayed in the message list of the folders. In KDE 3.2 they were
both displayed.

A KDE bug or I'm I missing something?

Can you zip the message file and attach it to the bug report? Unfortunately, Bugzilla may mangle the message you pasted and, thus, destroy important information.

Please attach the message as saved by KMail (File, Save As), in a zip or tar.gz file. Do not attach a text file.

This works perfectly fine in kmail 1.12 (kde 4.3) with all the headers viewers.
