kopete does not add the .part extension to incomplete file transfers... if the download is interrupted you cannot distinguish it from an correct download. resuming (most likely from another source) is also a problem in this case. you have to add the extension yourself.

Hi there, sorry for the bad news, but WLM has been discontinued by Microsoft, so this bug will be closed.
