In Chapter 2, "Nickname" should be "Nick name:".
In menu reference: Settings->Play sound, should be documented at the middle,
instead of at the bottom.

Patch of requested changes to the index.docbook file

This patch should fix the two issues brought up in this bug.  Please note two
things, this is the fist time I've edited a docbook file, and first time I've
created a patch so if there's a problem just say so, and I'll try to fix it.

That looks pretty good, but I try to include the change to the date (and application version, if applicable) in my patches. That makes it easier to figure out what I've done, and saves it being forgotten later too.

Looks good to me - I will commit the patch with the rest of the ones I have for 3.4, and close the bug when it's done.

I can take care of the date and add your name to the credits too.

This was committed, I closed the wrong bug in the commit log though.
