At present a user-created label must be associated with a plot. If the plot is repositioned or moved the label will move with the plot. It would be useful to also allow labels that are associated with a window, which can be located outside of any plot, and are not moved with any plot. The existing behaviour should still be supported.

If KstViewLabel is going to take the place of KstLabel then this should wait until then.
